Scientists are the new rock stars. The infection has been contained for nearly three months, and the world is celebrating. But humans are still dying. Rebekah Taylor has seen it firsthand. Her husband was killed right in front of her by the very creatures that humans were told they no longer had to fear.

Rebekah is determined to find out who is responsible for the death of her husband and the obvious cover-up. Fueled with revenge, she begins to find answers that lead to one frightening conclusion. The apocalypse might be over, but the battles are just beginning.

It seems I never get tired of reading a good zombie book! I love it when I can find that special gem lost in the midst of the mass of zombie books flowing in. A zombie book that can bring some originality and is able to stand out from the rest. And RecruitZ is definitely one that falls into that category, for many reasons!

RecruitZ was fast-paced and action-packed! Two of my favorite things in a book! Then you throw in some awesome zombies, and a fierce main character fighting for the truth, with twist and turns you'll never see coming, and corruptions, conspiracy's, lies, deceptions, and ultimately...murder! And you have one hell of a Zombie book! You will have RecruitZ!!

THE PLOT...

Rebekah is on a mission, and her determination and will to uncover the truth, might shake the very core their society, and bring everything crashing down! But after being told that their world was once again safe from the creatures that were destroying their world, Rebekah finds out firsthand just how much of a lie that really was! Zombies are still there, lurking, waiting, and attacking! And they went flesh, lots of flesh!

Her husband was murdered right in front of her eyes by those vicious creatures. But something was not right about that attack. Something, or someone is behind these zombie attacks, and she's determined to find out! She's on the hunt for answers, and there's no stopping her.

No one believes her story of what happened that fateful horrific night when her husband was murdered. They think she must be suffering from the horrific events of that terrible evening. They think that what she's saying couldn't possible be true. They think maybe she's lost it. But what if there wrong? What if someone is controlling these zombies? Planning attacks on certain humans, having it look like random zombie attacks. What if there all in danger? What if any one of them could be next? What then?
Doesn't that sounds awesome? I not only loved the plot and the characters, but I also LOVED that this book had more twist and turns then a roller coaster could possibly have!

I will definitely be continuing this series. And I'm really looking forward to seeing where this story goes next. Because with these twist and turns, there's no telling where Bolton will take it next!! And that is definitely something that I can get down with!

NOTE: I received an physical book from the author in exchange for an honest review. All opinions expressed are my own and are not influenced in any way!

    1. I'm so glad you liked it as much as I did! Rebekah was a Kick-ass character that I loved! And I did feel really bad too when her friends pretty much wrote her off as crazy, or "Suffering from watching her husband die that her mind was playing tricks on her"

Blah, blah, blah! I wanted to punch her friends in there face for not believing her! I mean isn't that what "FRIENDS" are suppose to do?

Anyways, thanks stopping by my stop, Jennifer! :)

    2. I wanted to punch them, too, lol! They acted like she should just be all fine and dandy after witnessing his death. I guess they just wanted to stay in their denial, but still. Friends are supposed to support you in your time of need. I REALLY wanted Rebekah to punch them, lol. ;)

  6. It might just be me, but the blurb is kind of... confusing. Sounds interesting though. Apocalypses are a popular aspect in books now.
