  9. Too much weirdness to list it all -- I used to work in Cassadaga, Florida (the "psychic capital of the world") and I had a lot of experiences that couldn't be explained.

  10. Something spooky...
My friend and I were watching Insidious on DVD at her house, and then the door banged in the middle of a creepy scene. Needless to say, we both flipped out. X'D

  11. A friend and a were in the loft of her grandmother's barn talking. I looked out and saw a strange man on the porch of her grandmother's house looking at us. No one was supposed to be at the house. My friend kept insisting no one was there. When I described the man, she leapt from the loft and ran back to her house, practically abandoning me. When we passed the porch, the man had vanished. When we arrived back at her house, she took out photo albums and showed me a photo of a several folks, asking if I saw the man on the porch. I found him. She asked me over and over if I was certain. I was positive. I had described him for her vividly. The man was her grandfather who had died before either of us were born. michelle_willms@yahoo.com.

  12. In my old house my family and I always used to hear Victorian music playing. It was very creepy and unsettling. I don't know how we managed to live there for 12 years.

  13. My friend saw a little girl playing on the steps in her house when she was younger. She never mentioned it to her family until she was older and found out her brother saw the same girl. Creeepppyyy.

  16. I used to go ghost hunting with a friend of mine and her hubby. We went to an old, abandoned graveyard one time, on Halloween, at midnight. We had flashlights, but the battery died in mine. I was walking around anyway, like an idiot. My friends hubby called out for me, and turned his flashlight toward me. I turned toward him and happened to look down and I was literally an inch from falling in an open grave. It was awful. A lot of other spooky stuff happened, but that was bad. Could have been a lot worse!

  18. When I was around 14 I kept having this repeating dream where I was trapped in some weird 'house' with possessed people trying to capture me and others and bring them to this old lady/hag. Spooky because I kept having the same dream at least 15-20 times over a few months and I did not watch horror movies and this, for me at that age, was scary

  19. My friend and I decided to play with a Ouija board one day in my parents camper - I don't know if it was real or if we were moving them without realizing it but we kept getting responses and it freaked us out!

  20. My cousin was cleaning her house one day. She'd just thrown some blankets and stuff onto her bed, unfolded. She went to clean some more, and no one else was in the house with her. She went back in her room and all of the blankets were folded.

  23. I lived in a house for almost a year where things disappeared and turned up in other places in the house and I continuously heard footsteps on the stairs... I lived alone so absolutely NO IDEA other than haunted.

  24. This wasn't really spooky, more funny (for me, at least) - back in high school, I was hanging out with a couple of my friends, one of whom was rather skittish and easily spooked. It was right around Halloween (may have been the night of), and we were driving around town after dark. We drove past the cemetery and decided to stop near it. My friend was already spooked, and then we pointed something out - from where we were stopped along the side of the road, the cemetery was uphill from us. The hill was about six feet high. My other friend and I thought it was hilarious when we pointed out that the bodies were right about eye level with us, just a few feet away behind the pile of earth - our skittish friend got wide-eyed and nervous and insisted we leave immediately!
